Battle creatures for them, do tasks for money, chop logs / cook / fish / mine / smith / runecraft /(and many more) and sell the on GE or general store. My favorite, however, is just pick things that are on the ground! The place in Lumbridge has a lot of goblins and spawns there. Pick them up and then store it at a bank.
