How do you get though the blizzar on Zelda and the spirit tracks?

There is a lost village to the east of the map, go check it out. There should be only one person that lives there. Go into his house, he is not there, but you must read what's on his table and take notes. When you have done that, head out to that position on the map and That person (don't know name, sorry) should be there taking photographs. stop near him and he gives you an old and dusty map of the correct path to get through the blizzard. If you don't go through that EXACT path, then you get pushed back to the beginning of the Blizzard path.
