That isn;t the end of Pokemon you can see go on ( i think ) , but get the password , go to the warehouse ( Island 5 ? ) and then do the maze ( if you look online someone will have a video on youtube , Google videos , or a walk through that will tell you where to go to get through it if you are struggling , then defeat a few more team rocket with your Pokemon ,, they normally have types like Muk , Golbat , Raticate possibly fearow and an electric type , like before in Saffron City but higher leveled so be careful
