How do you get through the Giratina demension in platinum?

first you see Cynthia in sphere pillar. talk to her and jump into the hole.when you see Uxie,mesprit,and azelf push the bolders with strength in front of them.move all the way to the bottom and you see Cynthia and Cyrus .battle Cyrus and he says stuff to you.then he leaves. go to the end to battle giratina.you can either faint it or catch it or run.when you do that you return to the regular world with Cynthia you fainted it you can get it again in turn back cave along with the lusterous orb after you battle the elite four and Cynthia.
