You make your way into the vent system that connects various rooms in the factory. By gaining information and freeing the enslaved drones, you eventually defeat the plans of the mastermind running the factory.
When you enter the factory floor, you will need to power up the machinery using the three switches (center switch all the way down, the other two halfway). This will let you ride the overhead claw crane to enter the vents. (The map is on the roof window outside.)
The three rooms connected by vents are the Printing Room, the Freezer Room, and the Processing Room. You will have to free the drones in these rooms.
