all I know is you have to push the boulders in the holes where uxie, mesprit and azelf are and talk to cynthia. a path will appear ,go to it and giratina will be there catch him with a master ball once you see him (make sure you don't hurt him or changepokemon or else he will fly away!)

i really can't give you directions but i can help you. when you get to the floor that has the boulders and holes, knock all the blouders into the closest holes and the fall into the hole yourself. then find your way easily to the little island with the stairs going up. you should be able to find your way through. you will soon see a kimono girl, talk to her and she will want to be pushed.
