When you are on the level when you are in a building with a guy trying to get answers from him you will be attacked. you will have to carefully try to shoot the tops of two or three nova gas tanks, then you will have to get a tape from a machine in a small room to the right, do not take the ladder until you have the tape. keep going through the level until you get to a room where they move a refrigerator to enter a small room with guns. you will put the tape in a similar machine in the room to the left. the thundergun will then come out of the wall.
