i used an action replay you dont need tickets or u could wait a long time for some pokemon event the one for emerald has passed
talk to capt.stern he will shout your name dont click A and wait for 5min. he will ask wats rowng? it will ask yes or no yes its stupid but giv it a try it mite take a few more min. than 5. answer no he will say what?! here this shuld make u feel better u will ubtain every tikit inclouding the old sea chart.
