Either take a cab or the tube (underground train)to central London and a bus or short cab ride from there.
A cab is very expensive.
The quickest (but more expensive) way by public transport is to take the Heathrow Express train (station is between terminals 1 & 2) to London Paddington station. From there, it's probably easiest by cab as it's an awkward tube journey.
Slower but cheaper is to take the Piccadilly Line to Green Park (about 50 mins running time) then walk a short distance along Piccadilly towards Piccadilly Circus, and Old Bond St is on the left.
Do the opposite for a journey from Heathrow to Bond Street.

Two ways 1. Piccadilly Line Jubille line south bound from Bond Street to Green Park Change to Piccadilly line for Heathrow Terminal 4 2. Heathrow Express Bond Street to Oxford Circus on central line or walk. Oxford Street change to Bakerloo line northbound. Change at Paddington for Heathrow Express train.
