The safest approach is to grab an airport Taxi (ticket offices are on the way out), asking for "La entrada principal a Chapultepec ". The fare should be of no more than 200 Mexican pesos (USD$15)
The less safe approach is to take the underground Metro system. Exiting the A Terminal there are signs that point to the Metro entrance. The line where you would be standing is the yellow one, also called "Linea 5" at the "Terminal Aerea" station. You have to go to terminal station "Pantitlan" and then switch to the pink line, or "Linea 1". You will ride most of this line up to the "Chapultepec" station. A lateral entrance to the park is located there.
Again, I recommend you to take an airport Taxi, or a "Taxi de Sitio" which are a bit more expensive, but the safest to ride.
