There are many ways to get to IAD from the Greyhound station.

Most convenient, and most expensive is to call a cab.

The Super Shuttle offers a door to door service for a flat rate and is cheaper than the cab but slightly less convenient as they often have multiple pick ups.

The least convenient, most time consuming, and cheapest is to take the metro from Union station to West Falls Church station and then take the Washington Flyer bus to IAD. The greyhound terminal in Washington DC is just a short three block walk to Union Station.
