you have to have your pokemon know the hm moves called rock smash,rock climb,strength,and cut before you can catch palkia.When your pokemon knows those move you then have to search in mt.cornet for a cave called spear pillar.You might counter some galactic grunts on your search for spear pillar.They will battle you.When you reach spear pillar you have to defeat Mars,Saturn,Jupitar,and Cyrus.After you defeat them proffecor rowan will appear and say things.Then you can catch palkia after he is done talking.(I recommend you don't use the master ball and get plenty of net balls and ultra balls.)
