Well, you can enter the river by a path from Hyrule field. Kaepora Gaebora will talk to you. Find a low ledge along the river, by the gate blocking your path, and then take the nearby chicken and glide over. Continue up the river, and you will eventully find a waterfall. Play Zelda's Lullaby, and enter the waterfall. There, you are now in Zora's Domain.

Then,go to the village with the chcoos.
Next,go into house full of cursed people (look like spiders).One guy will give you a walet.
Next colect 200 ruppes.
Then go to market and go to magic shop and buy a fish.
Then go to the place full of Zoras.
Climb to top and play diving game.You must win.
Claim the Scale.
Take passage to the lake and get the bottled note.
Go back.
Go up to the guy that says he lost his daughter.
Show him the bottled note.
He should move.
Go through that passage that's behind him.
Now you should see a HUGE thing.
Give it the fish in the bottle.
He should open his mouth.
Go in.

∙ 13y agoFirst find Princess Ruto in Lord Jabu-Jabu's belly and carry her through the whole level. Once you find the map you can see rooms you haven't been in yet. Then find the compass and it will show you where the boss is. Once you find the boss. Kill him by hitting him from behind three or four times. Once you beat him you go up on the platform that acts as an elevator and it will lead you to the princess and the stone.

At least to my knowledge, the Zoras have always been a peaceful race. They, like the Gorons and Kokiri, are denizens of Hyrule and serve the royal family loyally. They are treated as equals (or, at least, not treated as inferior) in the Hyrulian society, and therefore have no reason to be unfriendly.
