Just take it slow, don't be hanging around her all the time and don't be staring at her every time she walks by. Just ignore her if she never notices you. If she starts smiling at you or waving then you have just lifted off!

Once you have started a friendship with her still take it slow. When you are talking to her then ask her some of her interests when you are deep into conversation.
