After you release Manaphy, you go back to your normal rescue and outlaw catching duties. A few days after that you go into the guild and notice that no-one is on the first underground floor. Go down to the next floor and everyone is crowding around a bunch of celebrity explorers called Team Charm, which is made up of Medicham, Guardevior and the leader Lopunny. After you walk in they start to have a chat with Wigglytuff. They talk about a mysterious key and a dungeon. The key and the dungeon are linked together. Your partner asks them if you can join the exploration and they let the whole guild go. Hope this helps.
