the Member Card. Make sure to visit Cresselia on Fullmoon Island first, to get the Lunar Wing for the sailor's son in Canalave City. After that is done, go to the abandoned Harbor Inn north of Canalave City's PokeCenter. The Member Card will let you inside, and a man will show you to your room. When you wake up, you'll find yourself on Newmoon Island with Darkrai waiting in the forest. It is encountered at level 40.
