finish adventure mode and save is on all files. then go on classic mode on hard, very hard or intense. get up to master hand without any continues and u should fight master hand and crazy hand. kill crazy hand, then get master hand below 100 health then kill your self. then finish off master hand. if this doesn't work it will never work at all.
