You can find the Binary Bard at his secret giant asteroid (not so secret : X-11 Y-84). You will need to have beaten the three planets (fire, ice, and jungle) and have the three Knights with you.
On the planetoid is a Golden Key which guards the portal between the asteroid and the Binary Bard's castle (located in another galaxy). Draw out the Golden Key and enter the portal. But beware of the Bard's trickery!
