Head to the boat by the Exodar which takes you to Darkshore. You will end up on a dock, take the right boat to Stormwind (ask the guard to be sure). Once you are in Stormwind, take the tram (ask a guard for directions) to Ironforge and walk to Dun Morogh!

Shattrath/Dalaran
From Shattrath or Dalaran, take the portal to Exodar. Go out of the Exodar main gate, and follow the road to Azure Watch. From there, go North past the bridge and you are on Bloodmyst Isle.
From Exodar
There is also a flight path from Exodar to Blood Watch on Bloodmyst Isle, once you have activated it.
By Boat
To get to Bloodmyst Isle from anywhere else, the quickest path is to take the boat or a flight to Darkshore, and take the boat to Azuremyst Isle. From there, follow the road East to Azure Watch and then North to Bloodmyst Isle.
