To get to collosus boulevard you must beat the bosses for cyclops lane, fire cat alley, and Triton avenue
For Cyclops lane, finish all of Nolan Storgates and Private emresons quests.
For firecat alley, you must beat all quests for Private Quinn
for Triton avenue, defeat Harvest Lord. (Sorry it was a long time ago, i believe you do the quests for Susan Gryphbone and Duncan Grimwater.

∙ 15y agoBeat General Akilles on Cyclops Lane, the Kraken in Triton Avenue, And Alicane Swiftarrow in Firecat Alley. You need the quest to do so, not using a firned to get in. Good luck and happy questing!
