after you beat the second gym ( the grass gym ) you have to go down cycle road and then threw the cave. when you go in to the cave you go down and then to the right normaly. but to get to diaglas cave you have to go up all the way to the wall then go right till you reach the water then surf across then go up the stairs and go up the path to the broken wall the you can walk behind. there you will see diaglas ready to battle/ for you to capture ps... if you dont have a master ball bring alot of ultra balls.
