It is located in Chaos Crossing room 2. When you have make it there go to the very right of the room. You would find a Autopad. Click on it it and then it will give you the Gizmo X.

if you want to talk, you have to get whisper chat by going on to the get gems icon then find the bar that says more free, then click on coupon code, a different window pops up that says user settings, underneath is written ''security email''. type in your email in the bar and enter, after that you should be able to talk.
