How do you get to go into the regi temples in Pokemon Ruby and Sapphire?

You will need a relicanth, wailord, and pokemon in your party that know surf, dive, and dig.

Step one is to open the outer chambers of the regi caves. You'll need to start at Pacifidlog Town's pokemon center door. Go down 12 steps and use Surf (optional: use repel to avoid random battles). Go left six steps, go up 1 step. Go left four steps. Up two steps. Left seven steps, head to the rock beneath you, go all then way down, go to the LOWEST current. Go all the way down and then surf until you hit a rock. Now go on that land. Go all the way down on the left, face down, surf, now go in the currents and you will eventually hit land. walk all the way on the left then go on the lower-left corner. Face down and start Surfing but then go left. Dive in the dark patch of water and go through the door you find. Keep heading down and go
around the rock you find. "talk" to the inscription on it (written in braille) which will tell you to surface (use dive again). Once you surface, you will see 3 more inscriptions. Approach and read the middle one with Wailord in your last party slot and Relicanth in the first slot. Once you have the pokemon in place and have read the inscription, use dig (as the inscription said) and a message will appear. The outer areas of the regi temples should now be open, so all you need to do is visit each one, translate the braille message in each one, and follow the instructions to open the inner chambers.
