I do not think that you can get to half moon island but to get to FULLMOON island: * Beat the Elite Four * Get the National Pokedex (DOES NOT HAVE TO BE FILLED BECAUSE YOU CAN'T FILL IT WITHOUT CHEATS UNTIL YOU DO THIS) * Fly to CANALAVE City (the city at the far left of youe map) * Go to the house at the bottom left of the city (closest to the ship that takes you to iron island) * Talk to the mom she will tell you that you need to find a lunar wing (on fullmoon island) * after that go to the the sailor that takes you to iron island and hell say that his son is very sick and needs the lunar wind also (NOTE:the mom and the sailor are the parents of the young sick boy)and he will ask you is you will go to fullmoon island and get the lunar wing for him. * say yes then he will take you, when you get there follow the small path and you will walk into a forest. * In the forest will be THE LEGENDARY POKEMON CESELLIA SHE WILL SHOW YOU HER PICTURE THEN RUN AWAY then she will drop a pokeball with the lunar wing and take it to the father then go to the house and give it to the boy then he will be better.
