1990 Masterace Surf. In order to remove the front headlamp unit you will need to remove the philips screw on the side of the side light unit and prise it forward. Twist the connector and unplug it to get the unit out of your way. there should be a front clear "Toyota" pane. To remove this you need to locate 3 spring clips in the lower grill section that need to be moved down with a screw driver to release the clip. You will now be able to pull the central panel out bottom edge first. You should then see the 10mm bolts that hold the headlamp unit in place on either side of it.
To change a bulb you only need to remove the inner plate in fron of the foot well to access the bulb
