How do you get inside the wind temple on Zelda the Wind Walker?

you need to get the power bracelet for fire isle. you need the ice arrows. if you don't have them you need to go inside of mother and child isle with the Ballad of gales. to get ballad of gales you need to hit him 3 time with arrows.

You need to find the keepers of the temples, who each play a musical instrument loosely corresponding to the patterns at the door of each temple. Find them, convince them to travel to the temple with you (I don't remember how to do this, but I think you have to play them a specific song), and they will open the door. I won't tell you who the keepers are, but it should be obvious once you think of the few characters you've met in the game who play instruments...

Collect all 3 pearls.

The 1st one is from dragon roost island, the second one from forest haven, and third from Jabun. After place all 3 on the triangle islands located on the sea chart, you unlocked tower of the gods.
