first you need to go to main menu press on the gift thingy then receive the liberty pass by chosing wifi connection . when you receive it begin the game and go to the hospital and you will find a man in blue costume i think near the door (inside hospital) talk to him and you will receive the liberty pass then go to the last ship on your left hand ......
