I myself am trying to catch kyogre.this is how it works.go to the weather institute,talk to the scientist who gave you the casform,he will tell u that there's somethin on route 125.next,fly to mosdeep city.cycle to the back of mosdeep city. surf then u will find a diving spot beside shoal cave. dive , then u will see a cave , enter it then dive up. u will now find kyogre...;)....GOOD LUCK AT CATCHING IT...IM ALSO DOING THE SAME THING...LOL...dont forget to save before u fight him...and bring as many ultra balls with you...im sure u can do it...
