Go to tamatown.com and do the following:
They do not have V1 and V2 on the website, therefore, you cannot visit a king.
For V3: You have to find special golden items. When you find them all (8 items), you can click the king, and you will be able to visit him!
For V4: You have to donate the king some Gotchi-Points. At least 5000 points are needed if you want to see the king.
For V4.5: You can just click the king, and you should be able to visit him.
For V5: There is no king, because it's the Tama & Eart Expo, in which the king is not in.
