third, you must clap 10 times,
fourth, you must take that key and go to the gym on cinnabar,
fifth, you must defeat the fire gym leader,
sixth, spank yourself 3 times,
seventh, you must exit the gym after beating the leader,
eight, you must yell out loud "peanuts" 10 times fast
ninth, as you leave the gym, bill will kidnap you to one island,
tenth, (i didnt litteraly mean kidnap... he just takes you to one island against your will)
