Walk 2 blocks west on Chambers Street (across City Hall Park) to Broadway. Or, walk 2 blocks west on Reade Street (in the same direction as traffic) to Broadway. Turn right, and walk 3 or 4 blocks north on Broadway to Worth Street.
The most convenient way would be to take the Downtown Rtrain (of the N-R-Q-W, the yellow line) from 28th Street (at Broadway) to City Hall. The address 54 West 29th Street is between 6th Avenue and Broadway.
You will exit the subway on Broadway between Murray and Warren Streets. Walk half a block south to Murray Street, or half a block north to Warren Street, and take either of the two pathways that go across City Hall Park.

The R train doesn't run at night (11 PM to 5:30 AM), so if you are traveling during those times, you will have to take a different route. Instead, walk uptown to Herald Square (34th Street and Broadway).
At Herald Square, get the Downtown B-D-F-M (the orange line) to West 4th Street. Transfer at West 4th Street to the Downtown E (of the A-C-E, the blue line) to the end of the line, the World Trade Center stop.
You will exit the subway on Church Street, between Park Place and Murray Streets. Walk one block east to Broadway, and from there the walking directions are the same as from the R.

The closest subway stations are the G train (the light green line) and the 7 train (the purple line) to Court Square, and the E (of the A-C-E, the blue line) and M (of the B-D-F-M, the orange line) to Court Square-23rd Street. These are actually 2 connected stations. At least one of the exits is right across the street from Court Square (where the address 25-10 Court Square is).The next closest stations are the R train to Queens Plaza and the N and Q trains to Queensboro Plaza (the N-R-Q, the yellow line). From the R you'd just walk along Jackson Avenue from Queens Plaza to Court Square.
