When you are in Jubilife City go to the right after you have passed the Pokemon Mart and Pokemon Centre. Make sure you have completed all tasks before you move on. Keep going straight on and go up the steps. Walk past the trainers unless you feel the urge to battle them. Go into the tunnel and walk straight ahead and batlle the two trainers then go through the hole and you should be at Oreburgh City.
