How do you get to pewiter city in SoulSilver?

its called pewter city not pewiter city. u need to get the power back first in the power plant event. to get the machine u go to the east of the cerulean gym where there are trainers with weak Pokemon in lv. 40s - lv. 50s. u need to keep going east until u find a river or sea. use surf all the way down. if u see a Pokemon center or cave DO NOT STOP!!!!!!!!!!!!! go all the way down till u find grass. go inside the power plant and go up the stairs, talk to a lot of people which is all of them. then exit, but the police will stop u. they ask a favor to seize a shady guy. A.K.A team rocket member. u go to cerulean city and enter the gym. shady guy will see u and go away. but u go to north and find a gold bridge. go up the bridge and talk to shady guy twice then i think he will battle u. defeat him and go to the gym again. :o at the gym use surf and get to the gym leader but don't battle her go to the left from the stairs and talk to the float tubes u will find the machine! :D go to the power plant and talk to the reely fat guy he will giv u TM charge beam! go to lavender town and go in the big chubby building and talk to the guy walking left to right. he will giv u something i think. oh yeah a EXPN card! talk to the guy in the office looking space. he will upgrade your radio to poke Flute!!! go to vermillion city and go to the right u will see a snorlax in the way of the cave use the poke flute radio and battle lv. 50 snorlax. go in the cave and go out and u r in pewter city! :D -------------by Pokemon master123
