Reality TV Island is the 11th island of Poptropica, slated for general release on March 24, 2010.

The player becomes a contestant on a Reality TV Show and has to win various challenges (mini-games). This is much like the "Survivor" TV show, where each round has one of the contestants "voted off the island".

There are various characters, including some from previous islands. They include a hippie, a Gangsta, a diva, a Baseball player, and others. Unfortunately none of the contestants has a separate personality or skill - they are pretty much interchangeable and anonymous.

If you beat your opponent on the 7th day's challenge, you win the game and receive the Island Medallion -- and the attention of all the fans in the town of Wayside!

Strategy in Day 6 and 7 Challenges

As the number of contestants gets smaller, the chance that you will lose and be voted off increases. Before you lose a challenge, you can reset the game by rebooting Poptropica, which will normally give you a different, perhaps easier challenge than the one you faced, and save you time and effort. Although you may be sent back to the Motel, the game keeps track of how many days you have played on the TV show, and should return you to the start of the next day.

Some Hints on the Challenges

There are currently 13, and each player will play a random selection of 7. One is a random chance (Geyser Guess) and others can be difficult to win when there are more than 1 or 2 opponents.

1. Balanced Diet : As the brown dot (top of the pole) moves, move your cursor toward the opposite side of the circle to keep it centered.
2. Boulder Push : your most rapid clicking will almost always be successful
3. Coconut Grab : Stay to the left and center and time your jumps to get groups of single coconuts or preferably groups of three. (More than two others will usually get in each other's way.)
4. Geyser Guess : This is just guessing, and the same geyser CAN erupt twice in a row!
5. Mountain Race : avoid the rocks as you run uphill. Running farther to the right (higher) is an advantage even if you get hit once or twice, because most of the overhead rocks will miss you.
6. On the Line : Click as soon as your line can come close to any fish's mouth. You can time its rise again to hit them. Shallow catches save time.
7. Pole Climb : Click right or left to Dodge the falling coconuts.
8. Shot Put : Click to aim at a 45-degree angle. Click again when the power meter is close to the top. (Best score is 55-60.)
9. Shuffleboard : Select a long shot (long arrow) for the first shot, or bank it hard into one side to go around your opponents. Get close and don't shoot too hard.
10. Turtle Shell Toss : The others will seldom toss 20 pointers. Throwing at a 45-degree angle will guarantee three hits on the 20-point shell. *Place your cursor in the upper center of the palm tree in the background, and you will always throw 20-pointers!*
11. Totem Hop : When a totem starts to shake, you may have time to leap to another (click on the one you want to jump to). Avoid jumping to the tallest totems (center) as you can get "stuck" there.
12. Water Run : Jump the obstacles and avoid the boar. Fill your bottle COMPLETELY full so it will only take four trips (one less than full) to fill your container to 100%.
13. Hang Gliding : You fly across the sky and avoid the volcano erupting and birds Tip: Always stay near the top of the screen.

1: Go into Mike's Market. You can talk to the Cashier, but you don't have to. Go all the way to the right and click on the man reading a magazine. He'll say he has to go and run off, dropping the magazine. Click on it and take it.

2: Exit and go left until you see the Motel. Go into the Motel Office and read the magazine. You'll find a Reality TV application. Click on it and go back to the magazine. You'll find a Pizza Place ad. The number is 555-PETE.

3:Go right and click on the phone and type in 555-7383. Order the pizza for room 4B. Take the pen from the cup beside the phone.

4: Go outside and click on the pizza girl. You'll offer to take the pizza. Go to room 4B and click on the door. It will open. Go inside.

5: Go right and you'll find a guy. Click on him and say "I could really use that grand prize." He'll give you a stamp.

6: Leave and go right to the TV place. Go to the top floor and click on the TV. It'll say an address Go to your inventory and click "use" on the stamp. Then go outside and go right 'til you see a mailbox. Click on it to send in your application.

7: The next day, you'll find out you won. Go into the helicopter and play the games. The winner of the game is safe. It's kind of like Survivor.

this island is pretty easy to beat okay first go to the market place then go right until your in the donuts section then talk to the guy there then he will drop the book thing so you have to pick it up then examine whatever it then click the application to get it ...go to the motel office and click the pen to get it go-to the phone and call 555-pete then when it say motel office and all that click motel room 4b so he will accept it then go outside ..talk to the men with the pizza box ..once you have the box, go up the stairs and click on the motel room 4b door ,when it opens go inside and talk to Bucky Lucas and click the bottom speech bubble thing so you can get the stamp once you have it go to the TV shop and click on any TV and wait until you say '' so it says to send appellation's too 123 star ave Hollywood then go to the application's in your my stuff and when it say why do you think you should be on TV ,write because i want to be famous then click flip then it will say the stuff at the back then go to the post box and click it then you will put it in then it will say the next day and blah blah blah go to the helicopter on the roof and click it to start the show then win every game to be safe from getting voted off tip you go second place on the game s you might be voted off

if your playing the turtle shell toss game then to get the 20 one you have to put the arrown somewhere in the middle of that palm tree and you might get it

if your playing the game where you a playte and you need to shoot other peoples plates then if somebody shhots your plate then shhot there plate ok?

when you win the game that when theres two people left then it means you have finish the island

To apply for the show :

1. Go to Mike's Market and move right to the magazines. Get the dropped issue and remove the application form.
2. Go to the TV store to watch the commercial with the mailing address.
3. Go to the motel office and fill out the form with a pen.
4. Call for a pizza to room 4-B (where Bucky Lucas is staying). The number is 555-PETE.
5. Take the pizza from the delivery person outside and bring it to Bucky's room.
6. Get a commemorative postage stamp from Bucky for your application.
7. Mail the form at the mailbox to the far right side of town.

A helicopter will land atop the motel to take you to the island for the show.

If you are voted off, you have to return to the motel, but you can try again starting from day 1 on the show. You may wish to avoid this on Day 6 or 7 by rebooting your browser to Poptropica before you lose a challenge. This will let you play the day over again, usually with a different challenge.

If you succeed on Day 7, you return to the motel and receive the Island Medallion. You can go back on the show as many times as you want, and if you beat it more than once, your medallion will reflect your total number of wins (2-time, 3-time, etc.).
