Go into the next room and go up past the Gruntilda picture on the floor into the next room. In the next room go towards the slope past the water and use Talon Trot to go up to the next room. In this room go right and up the platforms to reach the next room. In this room go to the right up a couple stairs to the next room. In this room go to the right towards an ice path but go up the green like path instead to find another room to the left and go inside. In this room go underwater to find a room with red eyes above it and swim inside there. This area your in is the Rusty Bucket Bay portion of the lair. In this room swim to the top and go to the right of the ship to find an entrance to the next room. In this room go right and attack the wall to open the gate and you will find the Rusty Bucket Bay puzzle piece room. Finish the puzzle and Rusty Bucket Bay will open. Go back to the ship and go inside to reach Rusty Bucket Bay.

There will be a ledge with a tunnel blocked off. it can easily be destroyed with Kazooie's beak. go through the tunnel and press the button. There is a time limit. Go into the tunnel leading to Rusty Bucket Bay. In this room, there is a tunnel that is only accessible when the water level is risen. Cheato will be through that tunnel.
