First, you buy the party pack,
Then, drag it into your room,
Choose all the stuff in the beginning (like loot bag prizes and different party games)
When you get to the part where you have to set up the time,
Choose a day, a time, and a color zone in the drop down menus.
Then click next, and choose your invitees.
PS Sometimes it doesn't work because the time you have chosen is already taken.

this can be so frustrating because if someone is having a party at a certain time then you can't choose that time so usually like all the times are all like blacked out. you could try going on really early in the morning and planning a party and try every single time.
