To get to spark mountain you have to beat the elite four then, go to the resort area and work your way up to the mountain.when you get to the mountain there will be some rocks blocking your way but there will be one rock that looks out-of-the-ordinary, you have to get on your bike and go 2 the right of the rock and ride up the rock with your bike/the rock is like a ramp.and there you are over the rocks blocking your way. :) hope i helped.
