Go into veilstone city, and beat the gym leader maylene. then go to the place near the department store and you will see a galacti grunt in the door way to go down the stairs. go down them and you are in the HQ!!!!!you can find a dusk stone in there. you will eventually see these pads like a circle on the ground. you will need to go on those to get to Cyrus and the commander of team galactic, Saturn.
