How do you get to the Pokemon global link?

You can reach the Global Link by using this address: pokemon-gl.com/

After you have signed up and synched Pokémon Black, Black 2, White and/or White 2 to the Global Link then you will be able to send one Pokémon a day and it can only be one Pokémon once a day to the Dream World, where you can explore, find items, and befriend Pokémon.

The items and befriended Pokémon can then be sent back to your game when you wake up your sleeping Pokémon and Pokémon that you befriend and make a wish for can be sent to your game's Entree Forest however you can only make a wish for 1 Pokémon during a session with the exception of Global Link events because Global Link events do not count towards the limit.

Also, be sure to visit the bottom-right house in Nacrene City after connecting to the Dream World once. The lady there will offer to create stuff for your Dream Home once a day.

Additionally once you're ready to exit the Dream World, use the exit button in the top-right corner of the Dream World screen.

Also once you make a wish to the Dream Tree then you will be locked out of the Island of Dreams for the rest of the session and you can only access the Game Sync feature only twice a day. The Dream World feature itselef can be accessed 20 hours after you had last went into it.
