How do you get to the bank in Lego Batman?

Destroy all the trees to reveal a suit swapper. Put on the technology suit. Proceed to the green control panel. When you activate the control panel you will now control a tiny remote control car. Follow the trail of silver studs to a little ramp that will drop the car down under the wall and into the building. Inside the building drive the car around and touch each of three red lights. As you touch each light it will turn from red to green. When all the lights are green, the door will open. You can release the little car and run through the door as Robin (or Batman). At the far end of the room you will find a gate, destroy the gate and enter the bank.
