After you beat the Goldenrod Gym, go into the flower shop and talk to the lady there. She will give you a squirtbottle. Then head north, and when you get to the odd tree, use the squirtbottle. The odd tree is actually a pokemon, and you will have to battle it. Since Sudowoodu is rock type, it helps to have a water or grass type. Also, Sudowoodu is level 30. After that battle, you're off to Ecruteak City! When you get there, enter the burned tower and head downstairs. Entei, Raikou and Suicune will be there. Approach them, then the Gym Leader will be in the Gym.
