The Super Bomb is sold at the Bomb Shop which is Links house in the Dark World. It will only become available once you have beaten Misery Mire & Ice Palace. You must also rescue the blacksmith from the Dark World and reunite him with his partner in the Light World.

∙ 10y agoAfter getting 6 of the 7 crystals you will be able to buy the Super Bomb at the Bomb Shop in the Dark World. The Bomb Shop is in the same location where Link's House is in the Light World.

Unlocking original metroid in Metroid Prime without GBA cable?
It is impossible to do without use of a cheating device such as the Action Replay. You need to beat both Metroid Fusion and Metroid Prime and connect them so you can play the original. Or buy Metroid Zero Mission and complete that to unlock it as a menu option. Or buy the Classic NES Series game for GBA. "Samus, shoot everything that moves and then look around."

Be a little more specific on where you are. But since you are probably stuck on the omega metroid, you have to shoot the metroids (which is hard belive me) and then when the omega metroid swallows you, lay a power bomb (charge a normal bomb).
