The Dodge Caliber has a timing chain, not a timing belt.
Take pressure off belt tensioner and belt should slide off pulleys
A 2009 Dodge Caliber has a timing chain.
yes
You have a bad bearing in one of the pulleys. Remove belt and spend all the pulleys by hand, they should be smooth and quiet.
Replacing the AC belt is probably one of the easiest things to do... Just simply losen the tensioner pulley and remove belt... Install new belt on all the pulleys then tighten the tensioner pulley. Its that easy.
You remove no pulleys. Just loosen the belt and then remove the alternator.
For a serpentine belt, disconnect the battery. Move the belt tensioner to the side, to loosen the belt. Remove the old belt, and replace with the new one going the same way over all of the pulleys. Release the tensioner, and reconnect the battery.
Release the pressure on the belt tensioner and belt should slide off pulleys
