First you need to have Regirock,Regice and Registeel.You can get them only with Pokemon Ruby,Sapphire and Emerald.Then migrate them over to your game.If your Pokemon Diamond/Pearl is in Japanese,you will need a Japanese Ruby,Sapphire or Emerald.Good Luck!
the person above is wrong i got to the bottom of the snow temple without regirock , regice and registeel all you need is some good Pokemon to battle him and some witts when it comes to the bottom of the temple , make sure you have good Pokemon and you will be fine :)

∙ 14y agoYou must have the 3 regi's before you can get regigigas. You can get them in emerald, and then you can get them via the pal park.
