Get a large rock and put on the right side of the broken left wall then use the long bench to cross over. When you get it, put it in the center of the clock tower, back away and use icendio on it.

The original answer that someone gave to this was not for the psp version, for the psp version, levitate the rock by the tree to the broken pillar that is covered in a bunch of plants. This pillar is next to the bench you can't move, yet. the pillar is not connected to anything. after you moved the rock, climb it and climb the pillar, next pull out your wand, you can now levitate the bench, you need to use it as a bridge to connect the broken pillar to the other pillars. now walk across the bench to the roof and climb on it, once your up, levitate the portable swamp off the roof and drop it. climb down and put the portable swamp in the middle of the courtyard. follow Ron and Luna to the entrence of the clocktower and cast reducto on the swamp. By doing this, you do two things, first you get farther in the game, and second, you block your passage to hagrid's hut and the owlery

Using the wingadium leviosa spell to bring one of the stone benchs to the red cross in front the climbing tree that connects the ground to the roof. After that, continuing to use the same spell to bring the second stone bench to the same place and put it on the first one bench. Then, Harry will climbs up to them to get to the roof.....then use reparo spell to repair the broken roof to reach the Fred & Geogre's box. After that, using the wingadium Leviosa to move the box down to the big Red cross in front of the foutain, then use Reducto spell tho mash the box. This box will change the courtyard into the swamp and that is what you help Iorna ! Enjoy !
