You have to get back to the Sacred Grove. Once you've done that run inside the ruins and investigate the pedestal. Link will briefly put the Master Sword back inside, and a door will open back near the entrance. Don't worry - you get your sword back. From there it's a hop and a step to the door, which leads to the Temple of Time. Simple *squeak*
