To get to the top of Mt. Moon you have to buy lots of repel, and make sure you have your strongest Pokemon with you. After this enter the cave and run around. You will find some Team Rocket Grunts there, as well as items, trainer, and TM's such as bullet seed. At the end of the cave you will find two fossils. If you want a water Pokemon get the hex.
