Do you need both expansions to play WoW?

When you purchase the basic game, that allows you to play up until level 70 (Vanilla and Burning Crusade expansion is combined), and access all the 1-60 zones in Azeroth and the Outland. If you want to go higher then you need to purchase the next expansion Wrath of the Lich King, which will take you until level 80 and you are able to access the Northrend continent. The current level, Cataclysm alows you to go up to 85 and access the cataclsym areas of Hyjal, Deepholm, Vash'jir, Uldum, and Twilight highlands.

How do you acces the culling of stratholme heroic at the cavers of time when level 85 in Wow?

At level 85, Caverns of Time: Culling of Stratholme will no longer appear in your Dungeon Finder. This means that you will have to go there by yourself. The easiest way is to go to Uldum from Stormwind or Orgrimmar, and fly north to Tanaris. The Caverns of Time are on the east side of the map. If you have quick access to Dalaran (via a Kirin Tor ring, for instance) you can also use the portal to the Caverns of Time from there. A final option, if you are Revered with the Keepers of Time and have quick access to Shattrath, is to speak with the Bronze Dragonflight envoy inside the World's End Tavern.

What is the best way to find world of Warcraft cataclysm dungeons?

The best way to find all of the instance entrances is basically to visit them. There are three instances located in Uldum. The Lost city of Tol'vir, The Vortex Pinnacle, and The Halls of Origination. Lost city is located on the east side of the map in a pyramid. The Vortex Pinnacle is located on the bottom of the map towards the SE of the bottom. The Lost City of Tol'vir is located just in front of the Vortex Pinnacle. The Throne of Tides is located in the Abyssal Depths. You will see what looks like a crack or crater to the North of the starting area. The best way to get there is to swim to the surface and mount a flying mount. The Stonecore is located in Deepholm. Upon entering the area you will be in the middle of the map in a giant Spire. Leave the Spire and head right, The entrance is located on the spire high up. This will require a flying mount. Grim Batol is located in Twilight Highlands. Head far south from the first beach head and go to the edge of the map. You will see what looks like an arch, the instance entrance is located in there. Blackrock Caverns is probably the easiest one to locate. There is a quest to complete in Mount Hyjal that will take you right to the entrance. You will not need to discover the entrance to Shadowfang Keep or Deadmines as these are updated version of older Warcraft instances
