go on a popular server on CP. the go to the night club. count the number of penguins dancing. if there are ten, join them and you'll get the dance party stamp. if there are 25, you get he floor filler stamp

on good cp trainers upon start up you should get a screen with the log on stuff on it exactly the same as on normal cp. Log on and you can then do stuff by clicking on the white menus at the top of screen
