Well, if your asking to add a description on your blog. Then you go on your blog itself (so go straight to the url, but you have to be logged on) and then click on customize in the top right corner and then under your tumblr blog title, you can write your very own description. Usually people write something like 'Jack Black, 16, New York. I am a directioner, belieber and tribute' or something like 'Follow me and message for a promo for promo' :)
